1.Financing Manager

Reports To: CFO

Overview:
In charge of financing activities and cashflow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily communicate with financing institution.
  • Responsible for financing deal negotiation with financing institution.
  • Provide analysis of financing transactions.
  • Manage the company's daily cash position.
  • Provide regular cash flow forecast and financing report.
  • Provide regular payment calculation and request.
  • Supervise documentation of financing transactions.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor degree with major in finance, accounting.
  • 5+ years working experience in finance/accounting dept. of multi-national company.
  • Familiar with loan documentation and reporting procedure.
  • Have certain extent of financial analysis skills and also well understand Hong Kong financial reporting standard and
  • international financial reporting standard.
  • Familiar with cash management processing.
  • Fluent English, basic German preferred.
  • Good application of Microsoft office software and accounting system software.

2.Marketing Manager

Reports To: Marketing Director

Overview:
Catch up the lease opportunities of the respective customers in his area and follow up customer requests. Watch customer's payment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply customer credit limit; get approval from Credit Committee
  • Conduct regular customer visit, submit customer visit reports
  • Make customer profile / filing
  • Develop lease opportunities
  • Negotiate and conclude deal terms
  • Issue Deal Term Sheet
  • Follow up pending booking
  • Follow up lease contract
  • Follow up rental collection
  • Gather marketing intelligence about customers / competitors
  • Develop new business opportunities (new equipment, new trades, new customers etc)
  • Respond to customer requests

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • 3+ years shipping or container leasing experience;
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Good application of computer software.
  • Degree holder: Bachelor or above Degree
  • Understand customer transaction habits.
